From engagement rings to bracelets, necklaces, rings and earrings, we will be honored to design the custom piece of your dreams. This consultation will also include a complimentary 3D rendering of the design you’ve been dreaming of.

Custom Jewelry Design can take between 1 to 6 weeks.
Do you do jewelry repair? And how long does it take?
Yes! Bring your jewelry in today to receive a free evaluation and repair quote.

We do almost all jewelry repair on site, so your jewelry almost never gets shipped out or leaves the store. We know that jewelry is valuable, but more importantly, we know that it is sentimental. We take security very seriously and do everything in our power to keep your heirloom pieces safe.

On the rare occasion that we do need to send something out, we will get your approval before it ships out. Your jewelry is always insured while under our care.

Jewelry repairs typically take a week. But if you have a deadline or occasion, please let us know and we will always do our best to accommodate you.
Do you do watch repair?
Yes! Bring your watch in today to receive a free evaluation and repair quote.

We do watch batteries and watch sizing while you wait. More extensive watch repairs, like overhauls and crystal replacement, typically take between 2-4 weeks.
Can you size my ring while I wait?
Yes! Please call us at (714) 996-9032 to schedule an appointment to size your ring and we will go over all of the details.
Do you do ear piercing?
No, we do not offer ear piercing.
Do you offer warranties on your merchandise?
We guarantee all of our jewelry for a lifetime. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship, but does not include excessive wear and tear. The periodic inspection of jewelry is the best safeguard against potential problems related to wear and tear.

We also offer the option to purchase our Lifetime Jewelry Care Protection Plan when you buy jewelry from us. This extended warranty plan covers any repairs needed on protected jewelry worn under normal conditions, for life! Here are a few of the benefits:

  3. Free retipping or smoothing of prongs to prevent snagging

What is your return policy?
Sale pieces, special orders, modified pieces (including sizing), and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

For all other pieces, we offer full refunds within 15 days of purchase (for in-store purchases) or within 15 days of delivery (for online orders). Store credit is given within 30 days of purchase (for in-store purchases) or within 30 days of delivery (for online orders). The piece must be in unused and unworn, in original condition, along with the original gift box, warranty cards, and explanation booklets.

Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed. Your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges, will be credited within 1 week of receiving your return.

Please securely package and fully insure your return shipment, and also include the original sales invoice and packaging materials. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments in transit.

Gift certificates and gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Do you ship outside of the U.S?
No, we are unable to ship outside of the United States at this time.

A physical street address and a signature upon receipt are required for orders over $300. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box address.

David Hayman Jewellers ensures every online order while in transit. This means that from our door to yours, your purchase is under our protection.

Yes! Please call (714) 996-9032 to schedule a Complimentary Consultation with our estate buyer. If you aren’t sure what is real and what is not, bring it and our expert appraiser will sort through it and pay you top dollar!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We have a variety of payment options to choose from. From no fee layaway to our 12 month deferred interest plans, we will work with you to get you the piece of your dreams!
What if I don’t know the finger size to propose?
No worries! Just order our stock size and we will size the ring for free after your proposal.
